MGCC member took 1st place @ GA State Championship Tournament - March 31, 2023
Middle Georgia Chess Club member Dr. Bradley Roberson competed in the Phillip O. Taylor Georgia State Championship event held March 31 - April 2, 2023 in Atlanta, organized by the Georgia Chess Association. After 5 grueling rounds of tough chess at 90 minutes per game and 30 seconds increment per move, Dr. Roberson finished atop the Amateur field with a 4.5 score out of 5. Congratulations to Dr. Roberson for such a great accomplishment! Go MGCC!
